School Search:

One of the most difficult issues for the assignees to face is finding the right school for their children. Before they arrive at the city, we identify, research, review and establish the availability of places in a range of schools suitable to the assignee's children. We collect and send the school information and enrollment application forms wherever the assignees may be.
We also arrange school visits, accompany the family on the tour and provide specialist education advice on choice, different education systems, and if necessary, special needs schooling. Once a school has been selected, we liaise with both the school and assignees' family, and help the children proceed to registration and enrollment. We support assignees every step of the way until enrollment and make sure that their needs are being met.

Orientation:

To familiarize assignees with the new living environment, we can design custom-orientation tours that are guided by our amiable and professional relocation consultants. We also provide them with the comprehensive "Welcome Package" containing local information and useful contacts. On the orientation tour, our Consultants will cover such topics as geographic information, schools, cultural difference, shopping, transport links, hospitals, leisure facilities, and other areas of concern. Put together, they provide's maximum information to ease the transition of moving to China.

Settle-In:

The goal of this program is to ensure that the assignee and their family are experiencing a smooth transition into their new surroundings. Provide assistance with preparation of the housing unit for moving in; setting up banking accounts, registration of local driver's license, introduction to medical facilities, family doctors, dentists, grocery and leisure shopping, recreation and sports facilities, cultural attractions, place of worships and public transportation.

Repatriation Services

The purpose of this program is to effectively and efficiently return the assignee to the repatriating home country. A key benefit of the service includes the negotiation for the return of the security deposit. Without proper procedures and negotiations, a substantial portion of a security deposit may be lost. We take care throughout the whole exit process from move-out inspection, deposit retrieval and the various cancellations of housing lease, utilities, tuition fees and personal memberships.
